Three cheese platter

Types of cheese:

Smoked dried beef steak, minced beef sausage (popular name: Sudjuk) with secret spices used in recipe.

Bosnian Spinach pie “Zeljanica” is a spinach and feta cheese pie made in different ways. One of them is in several layers of the filo pastry.

Polenta is a dish of boiled cornmeal that was historically made from other grains. It may be served as a hot porridge, or it may be allowed to cool and solidify into a loaf that can be baked, fried, or grilled. It is served with sour cream.

Bosnian style fritters
“Lokumi” are fried fritters and usually served with cheese, “kajmak”, jam… These kind of fritters can be prepared in both sweet and savory varieties.

Veal soup is a thick soup with fresh veal meat and vegetables.

Tarhana is tomato based soup with homemade sourdough, which has distinctive sour taste.
